Lori Haight named Vice President of Client Care and Marketing for WEHCO Video, Inc.
Little Rock, Arkansas – October 27, 2005 -- WEHCO Video, Inc. announced the creation of a senior level position to direct and support its efforts to provide best-in-class service to its customers.
In a message to employees, J.P. Morbeck, EVP/COO, said “Lori challenges us to do more for our customers than we ever thought that we could do -- and she is always right there with us - every step of the way. Today, in recognition and appreciation of the importance of these functions and her good performance, Lori Haight is being promoted to WEHCO Video's Vice President of Client Care and Marketing.”
Ms. Haight has worked for the company in various marketing positions since 2000 and is the director of the Client Care Center, the company’s telephone call center, which provides support and assistance to the company’s more than 90,000 cable television subscribers.
